On the last day of school, I picked up Christian and checked Anja out of school early. We were headed for a wonderful Hawaiian vacation!
Andrew had been on a plane once before for a short flight to California. He did really well both times, but of course, they were pretty short. He had his own seat for the flight and did well in his car seat. He was able to sleep some, which made it easier for all of us!
We arrived on Kauai a little before 8:00 in the evening. We had to wait a while for Denver to get the rental car, and then we headed to the hotel to go to bed. It was after midnight our time by the time we had everything checked in and into our rooms. We were all excited for the start of the next day!
