We always look forward to a fun night at the Hogle Zoo for zoo lights. We always stop at Bombay House first for yummy Indian food. (Whenever we want the kids to eat a lot, we take them to get Indian food or Chinese food. They can't seem to get enough of that kind of food. We are grateful because Denver and I both love Indian and Chinese too.) We were happy to have Denver's brother, Shawn, with us for dinner. He didn't want to brave the cold and come with us to the zoo, though.
It was really cold that night, so we didn't see a lot of live animals, but the kids enjoyed all the fun light displays. Christian was really excited and didn't seem to mind the cold one bit. He got more and more excited with each light display. Despite the cold, we had a great time!

Ashlynne's birth family took the two older kids to Zoo Lights last night. THEY LOVED it. Such a creative idea. Glad you were able to enjoy it despite the cold.
