Cookies and a present for Santa as well as carrots for the reindeer.
Christmas was a lot of fun this year. After waking Anja up at 9:30, the Christmas festivities were under way. Last year we had family with us, which was fun, but I was literally in the kitchen ALL day long, which meant I missed a lot of the after Christmas morning time with Anja and Christian. This year it was just our little family, and it was GREAT! We were able to play and have a great day. Anja was so happy to open many presents. Christian was a bit overwhelmed by the entire proces, but he enjoyed his presents as well. He loved showing Denver what he got after the present was opened. (Denver was manning the camera.) It was a great day! Later in the day, Denver and Anja took a quick bike ride so Denver could try out his new bike and then he took Anja and Christian out to play in the snow.
