Christmas Tradition - Temple Square

We have started another family tradition of walking around Temple Square to see the incredible light display they have.  We started our night with dinner at "The Roof" in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building.  We had an amazing view of the temple while we ate.  The kids enjoyed looking out the window from our table and look down at the lights. 

After our yummy dinner, we went down to walk around.  We thought going on a Tuesday would be less crowded, but we thought wrong.  It was extremely busy.  Taking pictures was a bit complicated, but we were able to get a couple. 

Christian and Anja were excited to see baby Jesus and the large statue of Jesus.  Walking around Temple Square helped the kids better understand the importance of Christmas and why we celebrate the season.
