Valentines - Check

Today was Christian's class Valentine party.  He was pretty excited about it since last year he was sick and had to miss all the fun.  He was really good about not opening up his Valentine bag until we go home from school.  It was fun watching his reaction to his various cards.  The hologram cards were the biggest hit for him.  He gave his classmates little jar cards that said "Happy Valentine's Day love bug."  We glued a cute little bug on each one. 

Anja's class party is tomorrow.  Since candy and toys are not allowed at her school, we have started a tradition of giving the girls fabric flowers for their hair.  Some years they are headbands and other years they are clips.  (Clips are easier because head sizes don't come into play.)  This year Anja wanted to do fun colors rather than school colors.  She was excited to get these ready to give to the girls.  The boys are getting the same bug cards as Christian's class did.  I am helping with her party tomorrow and we can't wait!
