Queen Anne's Revenge

While staying in Ko Olina, our room overlooked the ocean and the Ko Olina Harbor.  Christian had fun watching the large ships being towed out of the harbor by tug boats.  As we were watching, we noticed a strange looking ship on the other side of the harbor.  We broke out our binoculars one day to get a better look.  We were rather surprised to see that it looked like a real pirate ship.  After looking and looking, I decided to call the front desk to ask about it.  We found out that it was the ship from the last Pirates of the Caribbean movie - the Queen Anne's Revenge.  Christian was thrilled by this.  We decided to go on a walk to get a better look.

 Christian was a bit disappointed that he couldn't get on the ship.  He decided that if he would have had his pirate clothes on they would have let him on board.

While on our walk to the pirate ship, we found an area with lots of shells.  Anja and Christian had fun finding "treasures."  Christian stuffed his pockets to the brim with whatever he could get in there!
