Disney World Day 4

Day 4 was Animal Kingdom.  Denver and I had been telling Anja and Christian all about the safari ride and how exciting it would be.  We headed there first, and apparently, so did everyone else.  Thank goodness again for fast passes.  We took a train to Rafiki's Station and played in a petting area and then met Rafiki and Jiminy Cricket.

 

Anja and Christian loved the safari ride.  Anja was expecting animated animals and was really happy to see so many beautiful animals!

 While Anja and Denver rode the water rafting ride, Christian and I hung out in Dinoland.  While riding a dinosaur ride similar to the Dumbo ride, Christian spotted Goofy and Pluto posing for pictures.  We stood in line and just before it was our turn, Denver and Anja met up with us.  Christian had fun barking at Pluto.

 Another of Anja's favorite rides was Expedition Everest.  I thought it would be similar to Matterhorn in Disneyland, but this one is so much better!  Anja rode it first with Denver and then she couldn't wait to go back again with me.  She was so excited for me to experience this ride with her.  She loved hearing me scream.  It is a really great ride!

The weather was almost 90 degrees and we loved every minute of our day!
