Today was Anja's second Karate tournament. She did such an amazing job! She competed in open hand forms and point sparring. She placed first in both categories. We were so proud of her! In the last tournament, there was another group competing at the same time as Anja, so she wasn't being watched by everyone. This time, there weren't as many competitors, so they only had one group going at a time. Anja had to perform in front of EVERYONE. She was nervous, but she put it all aside and did such a great job! Her grandparents were there to watch, which made it all the more special. Way to go, Anja!
