Happy Birthday Anja!

Today we celebrated Anja turning 4 years old! She started the day being the "special helper" at school and sharing birthday treats with her classmates. Then she went and got her hair cut. After the hair cut, we stopped by Starbucks for her favorite drink - strawberries and creme frapaccino. While we were ordering, Anja informed the ladies there it was her birthday. They all sang "Happy Birthday" to her. She was so excited to hear them sing it to her. She had a very cute conversation with them all about what she was going to do today. For some reason she failed to mention opening her presents. (Denver said she couldn't open them until he was home to watch.) After opening her presents, we went out to dinner and then played a round of miniature golf, then came home for cake and ice cream. Anja is very excited knowing she will have cake again on Sunday with family, and then a birthday party with all her girlie friends next week. We can't believe how fast our little girl is growing up!
