Witches and Pirates

We went to see the witches at Gardner Village Saturday.  It is a fun place to go to get in the Halloween mood.  It is also a place where many girls and ladies can let their inner witch out.  Christian had been really excited to see the witches.  It was a perfect Fall day and so much fun being outside.

After the witches, we went to a fun place called Pirate Island.  It is a bit like Chuck-E-Cheese, but much more fun.  Christian is quite enamoured with pirates and so he was in heaven.  There were some fun arcade games to win tickets.  One of the games was similar to Disneyland's Frontierland Shootin' Exposition.  It was a skeleton pirate scene with targets to hit.  Every time one was hit, it would react to being hit.  Christian loved it.  He could have stayed there the entire time.  Anja was really good at hitting the targets.  Her daddy was rather proud of her.

It was a wonderful Fall day and we are crossing our fingers for a few more just like it!
