For several months now, Anja has had several "loose" teeth. She has been working and working on them. She has had a really wiggly one for quite a while. We didn't realize how wiggly it was until Anja got in the car after school on Thursday and held out her little tooth in a baggie. Her tooth had fallen out at school. (This was no big deal for her because we had gone over every possible situation she could loose her tooth.) She was so excited to finally leave a real tooth under pillow. (She has been leaving notes to the tooth fairy for months now letting her know that she has several loose teeth.)
If you haven't read Junie B., First Grader: Toothless Wonder, it has a great explanation about what the Tooth Fairy does with all the teeth she collects. It is the best reason I have heard so far. It has left Anja wondering who the lucky recipient of her tooth was.
Three more wiggly ones that just keep getting more and more wiggly....it leaves us wondering if she will be somewhat toothless soon.
