Class Valentine Party

Anja has her Kindergarten Valentine party tomorrow.  Since she attends a private school, she is not allowed to send food (candy) with her valentines.  We thought that just a store bought valentine card wouldn't be that fun for the students to receive from her, so for the girls we made these cards.  The flowers are made out of fabric and it can be removed to become a hair clip.  Inside the card says, "I pick YOU Valentine!"  Anja is excited for all her girlie friends to get them.

We knew the boys wouldn't be too thrilled with a hair clip, so we made paper airplanes out of some metallic paper with a note that says, "Just flying by to say happy Valentine's Day!" 

Anja is so excited for the party and can't wait - her teacher is keeping it a surprise and so she has no idea what is going to happen.  She just knows it is going to be a fun day!
